The prices on all of my items include 2nd class postage and packing to mainland U.K. For any requirements beyond this please contact me to discuss costs.
Refund Policy
Undamaged and unused items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Please see our return policy for full details
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to return the item within 14 days for a full refund (in the case of mugs obviously this would have to be in an unused state).
If the item is damaged on receipt please forward photos of the item before arranging return as any items received will not be refunded if damaged on arrival here due to insufficient return packaging.
